"I’ve been a practising RMT since 2013, registered with the CMTO, after graduating from the Canadian College of Health Science and Technology. I’m very passionate about my career and love coming into work to share that with all of you.

I can be a very enthusiastic sports fan, Leafs, Chiefs, Tigers.. you name it. I grew up playing, watching, coaching, and being a part of anything and everything soccer related. I spent my early years practising yoga, dance (not well, but I tried) and playing on any school sports team that I could make. Now, in my spare time, I love travelling and adventure; from Petersburg Alaska to Halifax Nova Scotia, Mexico, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Monaco, Croatia, Greece, and hopefully, in the future, everything in between. I love spending quality time with my family, friends, and last but not least my fur baby Koda (my Collie).

I think the holistic health world is fascinating. I love experiencing and learning anything in the realm of alternative health care.

My mission is to help clients regain confidence and strength in their physical abilities. Using different techniques such as deep tissue, stretching, cupping and other skills acquired over the years, I create an appropriate treatment plan for each client depending on their individual and unique needs.
